Evidence-checked: every score rests on public, countable evidence found by the engine (a store, an agreement, a norm, a dictionary entry), never on opinion, fame or self-description; each evidence line says what was observed and why that level and not another, and the pages it rests on are recorded with the snapshot, so the evidence can be checked, line by line. Official assessments are designed as dated snapshots. If an assessment is older than 90 days, the first new request triggers an update rather than overwriting the history.
